Biography
MITCHELL COOPER (Estate & Gift Tax) is a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. He is the partner in charge of the taxation and trusts and estates department at the Mineola, Long Island firm of Spizz & Cooper. He is a graduate of SUNY-Albany and Hofstra University School of Law, and received an LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University School of Law. For the last ten years, he has taught advanced taxation subjects as an adjunct professor at Touro and at Hofstra University School of Law.
