Stephen Zorn is special counsel to the New York City law firm of Mayerson Stutman Abramowitz, where he specializes in tax and trusts and estates matters. He formerly taught at CUNY and Pace law schools, was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, a technical adviser on international investment at the United Nations, and Assistant Secretary for Mines & Energy in the government of Papua, New Guinea. He has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin, and a J.D. cum laude from Fordham. He is the author of three books and more than 30 articles.
