Biography
ROBERT CASSIDY has been for the last 20 years the Director of Bioethics and Social Policy at Schneider Children's Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He has also served as a Professor of Family Medicine and Director of Clinical Ethics at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is the author of many articles and book chapters on medical ethics and the recipient of numerous grants and awards for his teaching and research. He received a B.A., with highest honors, Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College, and his M.A. and Ph. D. in Philosophy of Religion from Princeton University
