Biography
Anne E. Oh, a graduate of University of Miami Law School, has been with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office since 1999. She has been assigned to the District Court Bureau, the Case Advisory Bureau, and, since 2002, the Appeals Bureau. She has participated in the prosecution of numerous misdemeanor and felony trials from arraignment to verdict. In the Appeals Bureau, she has successfully argued cases before the New York State Court of Appeals, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the Supreme Court Appellate Division Second Department, and the Supreme and County Courts of Suffolk County.
