Joseph A. Hanshe

Joseph A. Hanshe maintains a practice in Sayville, NY focusing on health care issues. He was formerly the Managing Attorney of a firm where he supervised litigation of health care and professional liability issues. He received his B.A. in Biomedical Sciences from Hofstra University, and his J.D., with honors, from Touro Law Center. He is a frequent lecturer at hospitals and medical schools on medical malpractice law, and is an adjunct associate professor of management at Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. a licensed, instrument-rated private pilot, he has also served as president of the Long Island Early Fliers, Inc., an organization dedicated to the preservation of aviation history on Long Island.
