Biography
Randi Schwartz received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Touro Law Center, where she was the New York Constitutional Law Editor on Law Review. Following her graduation in 2006, she worked for the Long Island law firm Rivkin Radler LLP where she represented hospitals, physicians and adult care facilities against claims of malpractice, negligence and statutory violations. In addition, she defended landowners, landlords and management companies in cases involving premises liability, lead paint poisoning and mold and asbestos exposure. Ms. Schwartz has also been tutoring Touro Law Center students for the bar examination since 2010. She is admitted to the bars of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
