Biography
Rachael Dioguardi practices bankruptcy law in Hicksville and is an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk County Community College, where she teaches Legal Research, Legal Writing and Business Law. Prior to attending law school she worked as a law clerk and paralegal at several firms, including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in NYC.  After graduation she worked as an associate and Of Counsel at a prominent Long Island bankruptcy firm.  She received her B.S. in Criminal Justice magna cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Touro Law Center.
