Biography
Robert Abrams is the co-founder and an executive partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Wolf, LLP.  He is the founding chair and guiding force behind Touro’s Aging and Longevity Law Institute.  A nationally recognized expert in Health Care and Elder Law, he is a prolific educator and writer, has chaired both the Elder and Health Law sections of the New York State Bar Association, and has twice been invited to participate in the once-in-a-decade White House Conference on Aging. He earned his law degree from the evening division of New York Law School, which he attended while working full time as a nursing home administrator. He graduated with honors from Brooklyn College with a bachelor’s degree in special education, and received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University.
