Biography
Denise Marzano-Doty became the Senior Staff Attorney for the Senior Citizens Law Program, located at Touro Law Center, in March, 2010.  The program provides legal services at no cost, to individuals age 60+, residing in Suffolk County.  She is a 1994 graduate of Touro Law Center, where she served as a Research Editor on the Touro Law Review.   She has worked at private law firms in Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as operating a solo practice for several years.  Her background includes preparation of wills and other planning documents, probate and administration of estates, real estate matters, zoning and land use, landlord-tenant cases and contractor disputes. Ms. Marzano-Doty is a member of the New York State Bar Association and also donates her time to several community-based organizations.
