Biography
David M. Epstein had a twenty year career as an Editorial Director at the legal publisher Matthew Bender & Company. For the last ten years, he’s been an adjunct professor at New York Law School, where he teaches Drafting Commercial Documents and Legal Research and Writing, while maintaining a busy private practice in Old Bethpage, NY, where he specializes in commercial and appellate practice. He is also the co-author of New York Evidence Courtroom Manual (Anderson Publishing Co.) and the forthcoming edition of Eckstrom’s Licensing in Foreign and Domestic Operations (West). He received his B.A., cum laude, from New York University, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
