Biography
T. Kevin Murtha is the principal of T. Kevin Murtha & Associates, P.C., a Westbury firm specializing in commercial and corporate law, with a concentration in not-for-profit corporation issues. He has served for over twenty years as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency. He is also a board member and corporate legal advisor for several major not-for-profit corporations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metropolitan New York, Inc. He holds a B.B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York, and received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
