Biography
HOWARD M. STEIN (Real Estate Transactions) is managing partner of the Real Estate Practice Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, one of Long Island's largest law firms. He concentrates on matters related to real property acquisitions, leasing, real estate finance and loan workouts. He is a member of the Long Island Association Real Estate & Development Committee, and also serves on the Advisory Boards of both Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. He is an Executive Board Member, Counsel and Financial Secretary of the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center. Mr. Stein has been an active supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island for several years, and was the recipient of its Presidential Award at its 2000 Presidential Gala. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of Rochester and earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1978.
