Charles Bilich now of counsel to Westerman, Ball, Ederer, Miller & Sharfstein, LLP, was for many years a partner in one of Long Island’s leading business law firms. His transactional experience includes several initial public offerings, numerous private mergers and acquisitions, several industrial development bond financings, and numerous private syndications of real estate limited partnerships, partnerships formed to acquire sophisticated medical equipment and debt or equity securities of corporations that are engaged in manufacturing, industry, technology and other ventures. He has also been involved in a number of financial transactions, receiving national recognition, including the U.S. Government-assisted Chrysler reorganization, several mega-mergers, and is a veteran of many takeover battles.
