Biography
Charles Cumming is an associate with the Oyster Bay, Long Island firm Fowler, Rodriguez & Chalos, where he specializes in admiralty and maritime law, pollution and oil spill liability law, and international commercial law. He was formerly the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for National Cargo Bureau, Inc., a national maritime surveying organization. Prior to attending law school, he had a career as an officer in the United States Merchant Marine. He has a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, and an M.S. from the State University of New York Maritime College. He received his J.D. from Touro Law Center, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
