Ethical Criminal Practice - LAW690

This course focuses on the ethical responsibilities of prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers, including examination of the following topics in the context of criminal practice: respective autonomy of the attorney and client; the duty of confidentiality and its limits; conflicts of interests; and ethical responsibilities in the investigation and trial of criminal cases. (No prerequisite.)
