This seminar analyzes the transitional reforms necessary to rebuild the Russian legal system in support of the emerging democracy and market economy. Special attention is given to reforms in constitutional law; criminal law and procedure; business and economic law; the judiciary; and the bar. (No prerequisite. Satisfies Perspective Requirement.)
