Touro Law Center and the Student Bar Association Sponsor a Suffolk County Executive Debate

Touro Law Center and the Student Bar Association will sponsor a Suffolk County Executive debate on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the auditorium. The event, co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Suffolk County (LWVSC), will be the last face-to-face meeting of candidates Democrat Steve Bellone and Republican Angie Carpenter before election day on Tuesday, November 8.
At the debate, moderated by LWVSC president Lisa Scott, the candidates Steve Bellone (D) and Angie Carpenter (R) will make timed opening and closing statements and answer questions submitted by the League, the debate co-sponsors and the audience.
Doors to the auditorium will open at 6 p.m.
