Admitted
to the bars of New York and New Jersey. Before joining the faculty,
Professor Ezor was of counsel to the Long Island firm Farrell, Fritz,
P.C., where he had also been an associate in the firm’s Corporate and
Banking Department. He has worked in the new media, computer,
and intellectual property departments of several major New York City
firms and corporations. He is the author of Clicking Through:
A Survival Guide for Bringing Your Company On-Line (Bloomberg Press,
2000) and co-author of Producing Web Hits (IDG Books, 1997),
as well as numerous articles in scholarly journals and in print and
electronic media.
