Students from Duke Law School visited Touro Law Center's Disaster Relief Clinic in October 2013 to work with Superstorm Sandy victims. The students had the opportunity to work with Touro Law staff attorneys, meet with clients, and even visit the Suffolk County Supreme Court where they visited Judge Spinner in his chambers. Law students from across the country are planning pro bono service trips to Touro Law to help with Sandy recovery efforts.
