Touro Law Center reserves the right to modify or cancel the program for extraordinary cause, such as insufficient enrollment, severe political instability, or any serious conditions that may threaten the safety of the students. If the program is cancelled, any money paid by any applicants to Touro will be fully refunded except for room and board payments utilized prior to the date of cancellation.
