The application deadline for Russia is March 17, 2008. Please
note that late applications will be considered, and qualified applicants would

Touro Law Center reserves the right to modify or cancel the program for
reasonable cause, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, severe
political instability, or any serious condition that may threaten the safety of
the students. If the program is cancelled, any money paid by any applicants to
Touro will be fully refunded, except for room and board and transportation
payments utilized prior to the date of cancellation.
