The Summer Program is hosted by the prestigious and internationally renowned Law School of Moscow State University. Established in 1755, MSU is the oldest and premier university in Russia.
Moscow, the capital city of the former Soviet Union, is the cultural, financial, and intellectual center and political capital of the Russian Federation. It boasts a variety of governmental institutions, historical sites, theaters and museums, and serves as an ideal base for trips to the countryside and other important cities of the former Soviet Union.
The Academic Program Program is located at the Law School of Moscow State University. The facilities include classrooms and an administrative office, equipped with computers and e-mail, copy machine and telephones for the exclusive use of the participants in the summer program.
Dormitory
Suites are available on campus in the Main Building. Each suite consists of two single bedrooms with one common bathroom.
Meals are offered in the University’s cafeteria located in the Main Building.
Each student is given the same access to University facilities as students registered at Moscow State University.
Any applicant with special needs should contact Touro before applying to our summer program.The academic and housing facilities are typical Russian facilities and do not meet U.S. standards for handicap access and fire safety. Even though they are not maintained to the level of comfort with which Americans have become accustomed, the academic facilities and dormitory suites have been refurbished for the use of Touro’s summer program.
