Touro Law Hires New Director of Student Services and Scholarship Aid
Central Islip, NY
– Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is pleased to
announce the hiring of Marie Koch as the Director of Student Services and Scholarship Aid. Koch will
work closely with student government and student organizations to ensure outstanding student
programming, coordinate student programs with other offices and enhance communications between the law
school and students. In addition, she will coordinate scholarship and summer grant programs.

ensuring a student-centered environment,” said Lauren Chite, Assistant Dean for Student Services. “The hiring of Marie
Koch as the Director of Student Services and Scholarship Aid is further proof of our commitment to the quality of
student life here at the law school and I’m sure she will make an immediate impact. I am so pleased to be able to
welcome her to the Touro Law community."
Marie Koch earned her BA degree from Hofstra in
Business Administration and is working on an MBA at Hofstra. She has worked for the past 11 years at a law school,
first in the Office of Student Affairs and then in the External Relations Office, in the areas of development and
communications. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Clemenza Foundation.
