Touro Law Center Presents 9th Annual Goods and
Services Auction
Proceeds Benefit Student Fellowships to Help
Area’s Most Vulnerable Clients
Huntington, NY –
Touro Law Center hosts the 9th Annual Goods and
Services Auction on Wednesday, April 5, starting at 6 p.m. in
the Auditorium. Proceeds benefit summer Public Interest Law
Fellowships for Touro students who are placed throughout the
Metropolitan area, helping some of the area’s most vulnerable
clients. Last year’s event raised enough funds for 14
fellowships.
The
popular event includes live and silent auctions, desserts,
cocktails and lots of fun. Items up for grabs this year include
tickets to sporting events and concerts, fine art, wine,
vacation and dinner packages and more. Attendees include top
judges, lawyers, public officials and future Long Island
leaders.
Please contact Allison Flor at 631-421-2244 ext. 355 to RSVP.
Auction donations are gladly considered.
Touro Summer Public Interest Law Fellows defend the victims of
domestic violence, protect the rights of refugees from violence
around the world, help charitable organizations and work with
advocacy groups.
