“War Against Terrorism” Discussion at Touro Law Center

Central Islip, N.Y. – Touro Law Center will host a discussion with Professor Leonard Hammer of Hebrew University titled “The Supreme Court of Israel and the War Against Terrorism.”

The event takes place on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, 6:30 p.m., Room 210, at Touro Law Center. Professor Hammer has been a consultant on international human rights and international law with the Israeli Ministry of Justice, International Division, and is currently a lecturer on international human rights and public international law at the Hebrew University.

Professor Hammer's presentation is co-sponsored by Touro’s Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust, Jewish Programs Committee, Jewish Law Students Association and International Law Society.
