Touro Moot Court Team Places in
National Contest; Edged

N.Y. – The Touro Law Center Moot Court Board team of Christine
Quigley, Dustin Collins and Mili Makhijani took second place in
the Regent University School of Law 6th Annual National
Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, held this past
weekend in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Touro trio beat out
competitors from twenty-five law schools around the country,
narrowly losing in the finals to a team from Duke University
School of Law. The competition was based on a complex problem
involving elements of Criminal Procedure, Evidence and
Constitutional Law. The team was coached by Professors Myra
Berman and Patricia Rooney and third-year student Justin Feinman.
Ms. Quigley and Mr. Collins are part-time evening students.
