The only one of its kind in the nation, the Center was developed to have an impact on social justice, legal training and the lives of countless individuals in and beyond the local community. Housed within the law school, the PAC provides furnished offices to local non-profit agencies in exchange for a promise to utilize Touro Law students for advocacy services, research and client relations. Students work with these organizations to satisfy their pro bonorequirementswhiledeveloping an understanding of the problems facing the local community. COLLABORATIVE COURT PROGRAM The hallmark of a Touro Law education is the innovative balance of coursework and practical experience. Our collaborative court program leverages our unique proximity to State and Federal courthouses to bring together members of the bench, the bar and the academy in an exceptionally practical approach to legal education.
