Membership on the Touro International Law Review is limited to upper-level Touro law students who are selected on the basis of their performance in an annual competition. To be eligible to compete, a student must have completed at least 22 credits AND must meet at least one of the following three criteria:
The competition consists of a short writing sample based on a specified issue of international law and an editing exercise designed to test Bluebooking and general editing skills.
The competition is held in mid-to-late July (after the Touro Summer Abroad programs), and students will be notified of the results by the beginning of the fall semester.
