Printing privileges

Each student is granted 250 pages of free printing per semester, with the option to purchase more pages at the Library circulation desk.   Research assistants, Law Review and Moot court members are eligible for more pages, such extensions are handled by the IT department.   250 free pages will be added to each account each semester. Unused pages will carry over each semester.  Pages printed to the Lexis and Westlaw printers are free of limits and charges.  If you can no longer print, you have probably hit your limit. See ‘How to Determine how much you have Printed’, below. Faculty and staff do not have printing restrictions.

Additional pages $.07 each.  (250 pages $17.50)

Where to Pick Up your Printouts

Pages printed from room 104 and 110 computer labs will print to Room 110.  Pages printed from all other computers will be delivered to the printer local to that room.

How to Determine how much you have Printed

Double-click on ‘Check Print Limit’ on the Desktop or Click on the Start Menu on the bottom left of the screen and select ‘Check Print Limit’ at the top of the menu. This program will tell you how many pages you have left.
