Improve Your Mental Health - The Office of Student Services is offering free Yoga and Pilates classes every Monday and Wednesday from 12:30-1:20 p.m. with Certified Instructor Derina Wilson. Classes will start Wednesday, October 10 and end Monday, December 3 (class will not be held on Oct. 31). All are welcome!! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Beginners are welcome.
