Description
Faculty Colloquium with Professor Jenny Carroll, Seton Hall Law School. Professor Carroll’s current research focuses on the state of criminal procedure following the Supreme Court’s 2000 decision in Apprendi v. New Jersey. She examines the significance of the revitalization of the jury on underlying theories of law and justice. Her other academic interests include juvenile law, evidence and substantive criminal law.
