Join us for the inaugural meeting of the new Alumni Veterans Council, comprised of students and graduates who are currently on active duty or who have served their country. Council members, who have served in Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay, will mentor student-veterans; help recruit applicants with military backgrounds; work to assure continued funding for Touro’s Veterans and Servicemembers Rights Clinic; and advise Law Center leadership on new initiatives to recruit veteran-students, and to better meet the legal needs of veterans and service members.
