Annual Liberty & Justice for All Dinner

Since 1995, Touro Law Center has honored distinguished members of our community and alumni at our annual “With Liberty & Justice for All” Dinner Celebration. Each year, we recognize their outstanding achievements and commitments to the community with an induction into the Builders Society. The Builders Society was created to recognize and celebrate those individuals who played a role in the establishment and in the creation of a solid foundation for the Law Center.

 

This year, we publicly recognize the hard work of three extraordinary people – John Bishar, Esq., a longtime member of the Board of Governors; Dr. Alan Kadish, Touro College President; and Professor Gary Shaw. These individuals, like their fellow members of the Builders Society, have helped us to both develop and realize our dream from the initial concept of our founder, Dr. Bernard Lander to the success of more than 6,000 graduates – and we are very grateful for their steadfast support.

 

Our four Community Honorees – Sarah Jane LaCova, the Honorable Steve Stern, National Grid and Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates have each, for many years, honored us by their work, their steadfast support and their dedication to the ideals and purposes of the Law Center. They have all been long time friends of the Touro Law family, and we are very appreciative of their work, their wisdom and their dedication to Touro Law.
