Description
Dean Patricia Salkin, Touro Law Center, will review recent reported decisions involving ethics in land use. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of not only the legal but also the ethical responsibilities of zoning and planning board members in upholding the public trust, improving their ability to avoid the many ethical traps inherent in the high-stakes decisions of land use law and planning.
 
This program is certified for 1 CLE credit (Ethics) and 1 AICP-CM Credit (Law).
 
The program is $15 per person, including materials and continental breakfast. Members of the sponsor organizations are eligible for a discounted rate of $10.
