The Associate Dean for Student Services is available for confidential counseling on personal concerns. Subjects might include crisis intervention, bereavement, family issues, or stress management. In addition, a professional counselor visits the school on a regular schedule while classes are in session. The counselor sees students on a confidential basis, by appointment. There is no charge for this service. The Associate Dean for Student Services may also suggest referrals to other professionals where appropriate. The Student Services Office is also a resource for materials on personal issues, designed with the particular needs of Touro students in mind.
