DeMatteo recently became a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Brown Rudnick. Bryan has extensive experience litigating patents copyrights and other commercial disputes. He has also actively participated at trial directing and cross examining technical witnesses as well as in numerous inter partes and covered business method patent review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office USPTO. Captain James Van Thach recently returned from Israel after having received notice through the US Army that they were looking for wounded military Veterans for a non-profit effort that coordinates efforts with the Israeli government and Israeli Defense Forces. James volunteered as a wounded U.S. Army combat soldier to go to Israel to mentor Israeli Defense Forces IDF troops that have been wounded and also to motivate healthy troops in the battle against terrorism.
