Please join the Business Law Society, Catholic Law Society, and the Health Law Projects as we discuss the Supreme Court case Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, New York v. Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York, 529 U.S. ___. The panelists include: Henry Quillen, Esq., Partner at Whatley Kallas; Alex Luchenitser, Esq., Associate Vice President & Associate Legal Director, Americans United for Separation of Church and State; Dr. John Vile, Editor and Contributor to the Encyclopedia of the First Amendment and author of The Bible in American Law and Politics, Reference Guide (2020); and Jorge Roig, Esq., Director of Neighborhood Programs and Associate Professor of Law at Touro Law Center.
