Bess and Sam Zeigen Fellowship Recipient Announced

Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is pleased to announce that Francesca Brancato is the recipient of the Bess and Sam Zeigen Fellowship for the 2012-2013 academic year. This prestigious scholarship is awarded to one full-time student who is ranked in the top 5% of the class at the beginning of their second-year.

Ms. Brancato received her B.A. from Fordham University. She plans to graduate from Touro Law in 2014 and will pursue a career in real estate law in New York. She is a member of the Touro Law Review, the Touro Law Honors Program and is a recipient of the David Berg Public Interest Fellowship. She recently completed a summer internship at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. She resides in Glen Head, NY.

Touro Law offers fellowships, scholarships and incentive awards to incoming students as well as returning students, based on academic achievements. Upon receiving this fellowship, Ms. Brancato said, “I am grateful for the generosity of the Zeigen family and am looking forward to another rewarding year at Touro Law Center.”
