Five Touro Law Students Draft Article with Practicing Attorneys titled, “Proving Diminished Mental Capacity Post-Death.”

The January 2017 special issue of the New York State Bar Association’s Journal was dedicated to and titled, “The Dementia Crisis.” The special issue covers all areas of the crisis in order educate and encourage dialogue and do better to ensure that laws are properly developed and enforced. Five Touro Law students, Shira Bloom, Kyle Durante, Christina Lamm, Marissa Ottavio, Rochelle Sorensen, and Ashley Valla, joined with two practicing attorneys, Brian McCarthy and Lori Sullivan, to publish “Proving Diminished Mental Capacity Post-Death.”
