Selected Topics in Intellectual Property - LAWN514

This course will explore topics that the basic Intellectual Property class does not cover. These topics include some, if not all, of the following subjects: false advertising, advanced trade dress issues, advanced copyright infringement issues in literary works, music, art and architecture, industrial design, international protection, and an analysis of recent cases decided by the Supreme Court. (Intellectual Property is recommended but not required as a prerequisite.)
