Lambda (the LGBT student group) is hosting a conversation between Professor Meredith R. Miller and Eric Lesh, Executive Director of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, about the pending Supreme Court cases Zarda v. Altitude Express, Bostock v. Clayton County and RG & GR Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC, which address whether Title VII's prohibition against employment discrimination "because of . . . sex" encompasses discrimination based on an individual's sexual orientation or transgender identity. Food will be served.
