In Their Own Words…

To my fellow graduates: I am proud to be your peer as we enter the noblest of professions. The practice of law dates back to ancient times. Today, the law is the great equalizer in our country, and all citizens are entitled to its protection. Let us not forget the importance of that truth. With the privilege of our education and choice of career, we now share a serious responsibility to be fair and honest in our work and lives. While our country is sometimes divided, and we will face challenges, we must remain united in pursuit of justice. I will always cherish the time we spent together at law school, and I look forward to being your colleague in the future.

The friendships we have made during our time as Touro students will last a lifetime. COVID changed so much about our law school experience but our friendships only grew stronger during the pandemic. What makes our class unique is our ability to adapt to anything that life throws us. We quickly adjusted to virtual learning and found ways to succeed in the classroom. That is something to be proud of! I can't wait to watch each and every graduating student become the attorney that they have always dreamed of becoming. I believe in each of you!
