with Professor Tanya Hernandez, Fordham Law School
 
Professor Hernandez will present on implicit bias and the legal profession. Her scholarship focuses upon anti-discrimination and equality law and critical race theory, and she is the author of Racial Subordination in Latin America: The Role of the State, Customary Law and the New Civil Rights Response.
