Achieving Health Equity and Disparity Reduction: A Conversation with Local Leaders and Community
 
The Suffolk County Human Rights Commission is hosting a forum on health care, “Achieving Health Equity and Disparity Reduction: A Conversation with Local Leaders and Community” on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Touro Law School, 222 Eastview Drive, Central Islip, NY from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

This forum will consist of an exceptional panel of providers, regulators, and administrators of our health care system who will discuss both the access and delivery of health care to the underserved populations in our county. Following the forum there will be an open session to allow questions and answers with the audience which will consist of community advocates, agency leaders, community organizations, and members of the public interested in health care and equity. We hope that your organization will be one of those in attendance to provide your valued perspective on this important topic.
