Description
The Intellectual Property Law Society, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Cyber Law Society will collaborate
to explore the intersection and overlap within these fields. Particularly, this event seeks to uncover the passions of students
who may not have had the opportunity to take courses in these fields. Students who have schedules full, students who
enter law school unsure of where they will find their passion, and students who seek to make new networking connections
with mentors from Touro will be able to discuss their interests and goals in a roundtable discussion.
Speakers:
Steven Pepe ’96, Ropes & Gray partner and chair of the firm’s intellectual
property litigation practice; Adjunct Professor and director, producer, author,
attorney, and screenwriter Michael Prywes; entertainment/IP lawyers and Adjunct
Professors David Aker and Howard Lieb (remote); Associate Dean for Academic
Affairs Michelle Zakarin '95, ; and professors Peter Zablotsky, Rena Seplowitz,
and Gabriel Weil.
