b'MASTER OF LAWS (LLM) PROGRAMStudents who have earned a law degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved law school in the United States may pursue their LLM degree at Touro. Designed to provide an advanced education and training, the program allows for maximum flexibility. Students can select from virtually the entire upper level JD curriculum taught by distinguished faculty who bring experience from the bench, major law firms, government agencies and advocacy groupsas well as adjunct faculty, including sitting judges, senior public officials and renowned practitioners. Students can construct their curriculum to be generalized or specialized, allowing them to gain a broader perspective of the law or to develop expertise in new areas of the law. To earn the Master of Laws degree, students must successfully complete 24 credits, including a comprehensive research paper. Students may complete the LLM Program at their own pace, enrolling in either day or evening classes.2-YEAR JD PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN LAW GRADUATESThis program offers foreign law graduates the opportunity to earn a JD degree in two years. It is ideal for those who desire a comprehensive understanding of the American Legal principals and who want to have access to the bar exam not just in New York State but in all 50 states. The LSAT is required for admission to this program.'
