Biography
James Miskiewicz is a veteran Assistant United States Attorney, who is currently the Deputy Chief, Long Island Criminal Division, US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Before joining the US Attorney’s Office, he served as a Trial Attorney in the Environmental Crimes Section of the US Department of Justice, and as a law clerk for the Honorable G. Thomas Eisele, Chief United States District Judge, Eastern District of Arkansas. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the City College of New York, and his J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law.
