Biography
Diane J. Kasselman, formerly an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and a law clerk to the Honorable Frank X. Altimari in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, is now in private practice. She teaches Intellectual Property and Selected Topics in Corporate Law (Garage to IPO), and serves on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Crisis Center. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (B.A.) and Touro Law Center (J.D., summa cum laude, valedictorian). Before attending law school, she owned and operated a software development consulting company.
