Biography
WILLIAM BIRD, III (Not-For-Profit Corporation Law Clinic/Seminar) is an associate at T. Kevin Murtha and Associates in Westbury, NY, where he handles litigation and research of legal issues pertaining to Not-for-Profit organizations, including formation, tax issues and contract disputes for local government, community service organizations, health care and education institutions. He received his BA from York College of Pennsylvania and his M.S. (Tax) and J.D. from Hofstra.
