Biography
J. Gardiner (John) Pieper currently serves as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn, the City University of New York, Fordham, Hofstra and Touro law schools. He is also a practicing attorney and a New York State Magistrate. For eight years, he was a visiting lecturer on New York's CPLR at Suffolk University Law School and New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, for law students from Suffolk, New England, Boston College, Boston University, and Harvard Law Schools. Mr. Pieper is admitted in thirty jurisdictions, including NY, NJ, DC FL and CT, after successfully taking the Multistate Bar Examination in each of these jurisdictions. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University and his LL.M. from NYU.
